How it Works

Once a month, a Wesworth tech visits your facility at NO COST at night and observes whether your outdoor pole lights, wallpacks and other fixtures are operating properly. If any of your fixtures are not working, we’ll inform you and automatically dispatch a tech to the repair the fixtures. If the tech discovers repairs that will exceed the pre-arranged site limit, we will contact you before proceeding. If the tech sees no problems, we’ll send out a quick confirmation of our visit and automatically return next month.

Monthly site visit occurs at a time and date of Wesworth’s choosing
Minimum site limit of $150 per facility
Customer should inform security and gatehouses of NightOwl service
Wesworth may affix discrete labels to fixtures t omanage warranty and service history
Premium options include: twice a month visits, preset visit times, photo verification and site lighting evaluations.
